I found black rice at Asian grocery store which lower in carbs but higher in fiber. Better source of protein than brown rice.

Baked Moroccan Tilapia:

4 Tilapias
4 clove of garlic, minced
4 tsp lemon
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Mix the ingredient together and brush mixture on Tilapia and back at 350 degree for 20 mins or until fish is cooked.
